Stay away from the polo shirts

Bought 4 polo shirts. Followed the instructions to wash them. 3 of them shrunk so much that they cannot be worn. Customer service could not help. Do not buy the polos even though they look great, obviously the quality is poor.

Worst Customer Service and eCommerce site.

I tried placing an Order using Nautica gift card, there was an error message that we could not process your order (actual reason was not provided) and it pulled all the money from my gift card. Requested customer service to provide refund, they created an SR and no one have the courtesy to send me a replacement gift card. Whenever I called customer service, they say the SR is under processing but no progress made. I will never buy anything from Nautica.com again.

Terrible return policy watch was…

Terrible return policy watch was defective the sent me a new one which I was charged for. The said once watch was returned I would receive refund. It has been 3 weeks since I returned it no refund. I did live chat what a joke on my phone for about an hour. Still no refund they wanted tracking number which I have but not with me so once I get home from vacation I will call with that. Wish me luck very irritated!!!

False advertising

I suggest you call or go to store if you want something from nautica. They will say they have something online and get you all excited, but once the order is send out, half want be available. This has happened to me several times and the need to stop false advertising to the people.

Generally Good

I've used online Nautica for a while. Generally it's been great but more recently it's disappointing. The website pages are slow to load and I put some items in my shopping cart and I want to buy them but nothing happens when I want to check out.

Package got delivered to wrong address, no refund or re-ship

My package was delivered to the WRONG address, and when I contacted customer service, they said I need to make a claim with the company. It's not my job to make the claim, the claim should be made by the company, and I should be re-shipped the items. NEVER ordering from Nautica again.

The polo shirt I purchased shrank…

The polo shirt I purchased shrank severely after the first wash, which was in cold water. Now instead of a large, the size is somewhere between and medium and a small! The web site chat was not useful. I called the phone number, and nobody was there. I left a voice mail to call or email me.

I wish there was 0 stars to review

I wish there was 0 stars to review. It was my 1st order and 1 of the item I wanted to return, but for a product of $14 they wanted me to pay shipping which should be only through FedEx of UPS which is more than the cost of the product. SHAME on NAUTICA for such customer service which is worst than any companies doing online services in the entire USA

The worst customer service

I bought and returned the polo as it didn’t fit me well. I returned it on Feb 2022 and until now April 2022, I have not received the money back. Nautica is the company with the worst customer service that I have worked it. I called 8 times and the problem has not been solved. They want to steal the money from me. It’s not worth my time and money to buy from this company. This is the first and last time that I bought clothes from Nautica.

Terrible!

Ordered stuff online for my dad and it didn't fit. I thought I could return it to the outlet store but found this was permanently closed. Called customer service and they told me I had to pay for the return shipping myself. I complained and they told me this was their new policy and that they would send me a return label with prepaid shipping as a one-time courtesy via email. I never received it. I spent $24.75 on shipping stuff back that I didn't want. I probably won't receive the refund either. It's obvious they're in hot water because of COVID and unfortunately they're taking that out on customers like you and me!

How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Nautica?

A:

Very difficult be ready to wait on the phone. Poor training and agents are not there to help but just to explain why they cannot help. They provide terrible service. It's a shame because i like their product and I have been buying Nautica for years but no more.

You can find the number online by googling Nautica. Customer Service phone number. Long wait time and totally incompetent people. They are distracted from reading their script and totally unhelpful. Don't waste your time.

Almost Impossible There is no option for customer service for issues other than. 1) Place an order 2) Inquire about order already placed 3) Rewards These are the only 3 options available when calling Nautica's customer service number. You will need to select one of the three to be able to speak to some. Shows that Nautica is ONLY interested in responding to making $$$ I tried to contact them to report their website was down this morning and experienced the above...

A:

Terrible customer service - they are quick to take an order but they provide no service if something goes wrong with your order. I hade a horrible experience and will not order again.
